Application
This product is a high-efficiency,low- toxicity hindered amine light stabilizer. For plastic molding ,it just need a little dosage to the plastic products,then will have nice light stabilizer effect .Moreover，if UV-770 used with other UV-absorber for High polymer,will play a great function to resist the ultraviolet ray.UV-770 especially be suitale for PP,HDPE and ABS. In addition,it also can protect the plastic products ,like
PU,PS,PE,PA ,Coating, Adhesive and rubber etc.

 

Recommended dosage(the below weight just be reference )
1．Styrenic polymer:0.3-0.5 wt% for ABS ;0.2-0.3 wt% for Styrene ;
0.2-0.3wt% for Impact resistance polystyrene .
2．Polypropylene:0.1-0.3 wt%
3．High density polyethylene:0.15-0.3 wt%
4．Polyurethane:0.1-1.0 wt%
5．Polyester:0.2-0.3 wt%
6．Polyamide:0.2-0.3 wt%

Low-toxicity,UV-770 can be handled as an industrial chemical provided the following handing precautions are strictly observed:
1． Wearing gloves to protect the skin.
2． Keeping a clean and well ventilated workplace.
